I am incredibly honoured to be Head of School at Atlantic Academy, and we are delighted to welcome you to our fantastic school.
As a proud educator and a mum of two boys, I know first-hand the mix of excitement and high expectations we hold for our children’s education. My leadership approach is simple and deeply rooted in three core principles: to dream big, take responsibility, and be kind. Rooted in the belief that mighty oaks from little acorns grow, it takes our entire school community working together to provide the right environment, care, and challenge for every child to reach their potential. .
Over the past several years, I have worked closely with schools across the south-west as a School Improvement Lead, and previously as a Vice Principal. My career has been dedicated to raising academic and vocational standards while keeping safeguarding, mental health, and inclusion at the very heart of everything I do.
With its beautiful coastal location and incredibly strong community spirit, Atlantic Academy has a fantastic foundation. I am determined to build on this success to ensure our school becomes the undeniable top destination for local families.
